Are payment plans available?Yes, we offer payment plans that allow you to pay for your trip over a period of time. All transactions are automatically taken from your account on the day you set each month.

Is the trip refundable?No, The deposit and the trip are non-refundable. Each person is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each person is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

How will I get to and from the Cancun airport?Transportation is included in your package. More details will be provided on the personal itinerary sent to your registered email no later than 30 days prior to the event.
